Refund policy
Handmade & Custom = Final Sale
- Every RUMBOO earring is handcrafted just for you, so all custom orders are final sale. Once I start creating, I can’t take it back.
Damaged or Lost Items
- If your earrings arrive damaged or don’t make it to you, holler at me within 7 days of delivery. I’ll work to repair, replace, or find a solution.
Exchanges
- Because each piece is unique, exchanges aren’t guaranteed, but I’ll always do my best to make you happy.
Shipping & Responsibility
- Standard shipping: $11, 7–10 business days processing.
- USPS sometimes moves slow—while I pack your earrings with care, I’m not responsible for carrier delays.
Refunds
- Refunds are not available for custom RUMBOO orders. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, I’ll make it right with a replacement.
