1. Orders & Payments

• When you place an order, you’re locking in your custom RUMBOO earrings or other creations. Payment must be complete before I start crafting your magic.
• I accept all major cards and Shopify Payments.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

• Every piece is handmade just for you—which means no two are exactly alike. Colors, patterns, or slight variations may happen. That’s part of the charm, punkin 😉.
• Because these are custom, no cancellations after 24 hours of placing your order.

3. Pricing & Changes

• Prices are subject to change, but once you place an order, the price is locked in.
• If you want to tweak your design or add rush shipping, let me know before processing starts.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders ship 7–10 business days after payment. Standard shipping is $11 (U.S.). International rates vary.
• I’m not responsible for USPS delays, lost packages, or customs fees. Contact me within 7 days for lost or damaged items.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• RUMBOO earrings are final sale due to being handmade and custom.
• If your order arrives damaged, I’ll work with you to repair or replace it.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, photos, and branding are mine. You can’t copy, reproduce, or sell them without permission.

7. Account & Security

• Keep your info safe, punkin. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

8. Liability

• By ordering, you agree that Shereka Efia Artistry isn’t responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Changes to Terms

• I can update these Terms whenever I need to. Your continued orders mean you agree to the latest version.
